The scheduling clerk is oftentimes busy on phone calls assisting patients. If necessary, please leave a voice message and she will promptly return your call. If your need is urgent, please call (918) 492-7587 and ask the receptionist to assist you.
If you are a new patient, it is critical for you to bring a copy of any X-rays or other diagnostic studies, such as MRI and CT scans, to your first appontment. Your physician will view your actual films in addition to reading the report. Please discuss this with your scheduling clerk should you have questions or problems.
For your convenience, we have provided a link to our Patient Information Forms. Please print and complete the history form for the physician that you will be seeing, as well as the demographic sheet, and patient financial policy, and bring them to your appointment. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to complete your new patient registration. We appreciate your patience and assistance.
We require all patients to provide 24 hour advance notice when cancelling an appointment. All established patients who fail to cancel in a timely manner, or fail to show for their appointment will be charged a $25.00 fee. All new patients will be charged a $50.00 fee. Please note, this charge is directed to the patient and is not covered by insurance.
The physicians and staff of Neurosurgery Specialists make every effort to accommodate patient schedules and make visits to our office pleasant. We recognize your time is important. However, on rare occasions, emergency situations may cause a physician to be delayed, leave the office suddenly, or have to cancel their office appointments. Neurosurgery Specialists asks for your understanding in the event your visit is altered by such circumstances.
