Daniel J. Boedeker, MD
Dr. Boedeker grew up in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He graduated with distinction from the University of Oklahoma in 1996 with a B.S. in Zoology. Dr. Boedeker received his Medical Doctorate degree in 2000 from the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. He completed his Neurosurgery residency in 2006 at the Baylor College of Medicine and Affiliated Hospitals in Houston, Texas. Dr. Boedeker was trained in all areas of Neurosurgery, with specific emphasis on complex spinal disorders, brain tumors and vascular lesions.
Dr. Boedeker began private practice in 2006 at Neurosurgery Specialists as a general neurosurgeon. He provides care to patients who are experiencing problems within the brain, the spine, and peripheral nerves such as carpal tunnel and ulnar nerve disorders. Dr. Boedeker’s areas of special interest include brain tumors; minimally invasive approaches to pituitary tumors; complex spine and spinal instrumentation; aneurysm and AVM surgery; minimally invasive neuroendoscopy and stereotactic radiosurgery.
